Knafeh or Kunafeh is a popular classic Mediterranean desert that goes back as far as the 10th century. It is tempting, savoury & stretchy sweet cheese that melts in the mouth.

Knafeh Nabulseyeh Shredded with Ashta is made of shredded crunchy phyllo semolina dough with filled with Ashta (rich cream), decorated with pistachios and flavoured with rose & blossom water syrup.

Note: It does not include sesame seed bun (kaak).
